RD 9 of the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Series will be run this Saturday night at Blue Ribbon Raceway, Horsham. The Series heads to their 5th race track in 7 shows. “So many different tracks challenge’s every driver and keeps everyone on even ground – no home track favourites for our guys!” Searle tells us. “We love to take our show to so many different tracks & fans and show off our talented drivers. Blue Ribbon Raceway is an awesome track to visit.

The Committee have done so much work there over the past couple of seasons and the track has been racy.”
Points are tight going into the third last round and this might put a bit of pressure of some of the teams and make for an exciting nights racing.

Current series leader and young gun Corey Lincoln has a marginal 10 point lead over Brenten Farrer. Lincoln’s V8 Lincoln’s Earthmoving Eagle has been consistent all season and this is paying off for the 18 year old. Farrer in his Frijtek V34 ART will be trying to secure top points and again take control of the Championship.

The All Star ‘Kid Pack’ SA16 Jack Gartner, ACT40 Dion Bellman, SA5 Trigga Gates & V71 Brayden Parr have all been showing great improvement and are all looking forward to the night. Bellman has been showing brilliant form over the past couple of weeks running a 410 engine at the Classic and the Australian 410 Title locking into the A Main for the Title – not bad out of 100 plus cars.

The much improved Jed Bell in his SA18 Auto Smart J&J loves the Horsham race track and is always one to watch there. Then there are the series veterans of V7 Paul Solomon, Phil Lock’s V4 Cool, V11 Brad Foster’s Ostrich Engines Cool, and ACT 49 Matt Reed the crowd can be guaranteed of exciting racing.

“We will be fundraising for the Safe Steps Domestic Violence organisation and raffling a push bike on the night. Keep your eye out in the crowd for the All Star team to purchase tickets and dontate to this needy cause. Domestic Violence is a major problem in our community and the more open we can be about it the better for everyone concerned.” Mandy says.
