Who will wear the crown????????
All Stars Media posted Friday December 2, 2016.

The JSR King of the River final will decided Saturday night at Heartland Speedway, Moama and with 6 teams in contention to win the Crown and the $2000 it will be a thrilling way to finish the mini-series. Only 39 points separate the top 6 and with double points on offer for the final it really is anyone’s crown. 14 teams have contested all rounds the mini-series showing the popularity it has developed.

Paul Solomon’s V7 is currently holding a marginal lead on both the Championship and King of the River. Solomon took out the feature 2 weeks ago when the All Stars were at Moama and will be looking at continuing the trend. Current King of the River Brenten Farrer’s Frijtek V34 will be trying to get a win after finishing 2nd on the podium the last 2 shows.

Young gun Dan Evans has been fast all series picking up two Lucas Oil Hard Charger awards along the way but not locking in a feature win. Evans in the SA44 Evans Transport Maxim sits in second in the river run.

Also making the trek across the border from South Australia is SA5 Trigga Gates, SA75 & SA76 in the Bartlett’s Auto Centre team of Chris Solomon and Brayden Cooley. Cooley unfortunately missed last weekend with a family wedding to attend and is keen to get back behind the wheel. Other young South Aussie’s are Jarman Dalitz’s SA56. Dalitz has been showing consistency in his first season on Sprintcars and SA69 Cody Atkins, SA16 Jack Gartner.

Brayden Parr in the V77 machine took out RD1 and is making a return to the series for the night naturally wanting to repeat the same. New to the series is Courtney Ohehir in the Global Racing N71. Ohehir is a regular at Valvoline Raceway but is putting a 360 power plant in the car for the weekend.

Unfortunately after a heavy crash at Murray Bridge Speedway last Saturday Rusty Hickman will be sidelined for a while with his injuries. The Hickman Motorsport V40 Team will be missed by all of the All Star Teams and we wish Rusty a speedy recovery.

As the heavy hitters hit town for the second time in just two weeks make sure your apart of the action this Saturday night December 3rd at Heartland Raceway, Moama and be part of the adrenaline filled night.
